Terms of Service
These terms form an agreement between you and us when you use our AI video creation platform. By creating an account you accept them.
01 Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
02 Plans and render credits
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of render credits. One credit renders 15 seconds of finished 1080p video, with presenter time charged as shown in the editor before you render.
Unused plan credits roll over for one month. Top-up credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
03 Your content
You own the scripts, videos, captions and footage you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and render that content solely to provide the service to you.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including footage, music, logos and fonts.
04 AI presenters and avatars
Licensed presenters may be used for lawful commercial and non-commercial videos under the Acceptable Use Policy.
You may create an avatar or voice only of yourself, from your own recording, with your recorded and written consent. Creating an avatar of any other person is prohibited.
Every video made with an AI presenter or AI voice carries an AI-made label, which must not be removed or obscured.
05 Acceptable use
Your use of the platform must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend content or accounts that break it.
06 Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
07 Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.
08 Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
