Acceptable Use Policy
AI video can inform, teach and sell. It can also mislead. These rules exist to keep it on the right side of that line, for your audience and for the people whose faces and voices make the presenters possible.
01 Consent comes first
Do not create, or attempt to create, an avatar or voice of anyone other than yourself.
Do not upload footage or audio of another person to generate their likeness, even if you have their permission verbally. They must record their own consent.
02 No impersonation
Do not make videos that impersonate or appear to be real people, celebrities, politicians, public figures, officials or brands you do not represent.
Do not use presenters to state that a real person endorses a product, service or view.
03 No misleading content
No false news, fabricated statements, election or political persuasion content, fake reviews or testimonials, or financial and medical claims that are untrue or unsupported.
Do not remove, crop or hide the AI-made label, or strip AI disclosure from file metadata.
04 Prohibited content
Sexual or sexually suggestive content, content involving minors in any harmful context, harassment, hate speech, threats, or promotion of violence or self-harm.
Content that promotes illegal goods or services, gambling where it is unlawful, scams or deceptive schemes.
05 Presenter dignity
Licensed presenters agreed to appear in legitimate business, educational and creative videos. Do not place them in content that is degrading, sexual, political or religious persuasion, or that they could reasonably object to.
06 Enforcement
Content is screened automatically and may be reviewed by our team. We may block renders, remove videos, withhold credits used on violating content, and suspend or close accounts.
To report a video made on our platform that breaks these rules, use the contact page and choose Press or other.
